How to Add Cash & Withdraw Winnings on Skiller (UPI Guide)
Published Sep 2026 · 6 min read
Skiller's wallet has two parts: your deposit balance (money you've added) and your winning cash (prize money you've earned from tournaments). Understanding the difference makes the add-cash and withdrawal flows much clearer.
Adding cash to your wallet
- Open the Wallet tab and tap Add Amount.
- Enter how much you want to add (minimum ₹10) or pick one of the quick-amount buttons.
- A UPI QR code and a Pay Now button appear. Scan the QR with any UPI app (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.) or tap Pay Now to open the payment page directly.
- Complete the payment in your UPI app as you normally would.
- Skiller checks the payment status automatically every few seconds. Once confirmed, the amount appears in your wallet — no need to submit a screenshot or wait for manual approval.
If the payment window closes before you finish paying, just start a new Add Amount request — nothing is deducted unless the payment actually goes through.
Withdrawing your winnings
Only winning cash — prize money from tournaments — can be withdrawn; your deposit balance is for joining tournaments, not for cashing out.
- Go to Wallet → Withdraw.
- Enter the amount you'd like to withdraw (there's a minimum withdrawal amount, shown on the screen).
- Enter the UPI ID you want the payout sent to, and double-check it — a typo here can send money to the wrong account.
- Submit the request. It goes to the Skiller team for a quick manual review before payout, which is a safeguard against fraudulent withdrawal attempts.
How long does it take?
Deposits are usually reflected in your wallet within seconds of a successful UPI payment. Withdrawals include a manual review step, so they typically take longer than an instant deposit — if yours is taking unusually long, reach out through the in-app Help Center rather than submitting a duplicate request.
Common questions
My payment succeeded but the balance didn't update
Give it a minute — the app polls for confirmation automatically. If it still hasn't updated after a few minutes, contact support with your payment reference/UTR number rather than retrying the payment.
Can I cancel a withdrawal request?
Reach out via the Help Center as soon as possible — once a request has been processed, it generally can't be reversed.
Is my UPI information stored?
Skiller stores the UPI ID you provide for payouts so it doesn't have to be re-entered each time, but never asks for your UPI PIN — that's entered only inside your own UPI app.
Never share your UPI PIN or OTP with anyone claiming to be Skiller support — legitimate support will never ask for either.
